Neiphrezo Keditsu, MLA on Thursday resigned as the chairman of NSMDC Ltd. In his resignation letter addressed to the chief minister, Neiphrezo stated that Khriesavizo Metha son of Neimhalie Metha who was killed on January 31 belonged to his village and his constituency. Neiphrezo clarified that he had no personal grudge against the chief minister, but as an elected representative from the area and under pressure from various quarters, he was compelled to tender his resignation on moral grounds. He further thanked the chief minister for giving him the privilege to be a part of the government as the chairman of NSDMC Ltd.
