A three-day North East Institute of Social Sciences and Research (NEISSR)’s academic orientation programme, “Students Training and Academic Readiness” (STAR) concluded on January 19. A press release by NEISSR stated that resource person, Rev. Deacon Dr. Sherman Kuek OFS from the Christian Institute for Theological Engagement (CHRISTE), Malaysia, highlighted the gathering on the collaborative efforts between CHRISTE and NEISSR.
During the programme, DB Tech regional manager, Kishor Das, discussed the dynamics of employer-employee relationships while assistant professors, Dr. Toli H Kiba and Vizosu Kikhi briefed students on quality assurance of the institute, elucidating the assessment criteria for accreditation.
