A new petrol pump—Nounelhoulie Energy Enterprise (NEE) Gas Station—was inaugurated on Saturday morning at Serüzou, New Market Colony, Kohima. The fuel station was formally inaugurated by former MLA Khriehu Liezietsu during a brief ceremony held at the premises.
Addressing the gathering, Liezietsu expressed satisfaction over the establishment of the fuel station in the locality and extended his best wishes to the young proprietor for venturing into entrepreneurship. He urged the management and staff to uphold quality service standards, stating that good service would not only benefit the public but also enhance the long-term credibility and success of the enterprise.
Liezietsu also thanked the proprietor and his family for inviting him to the inaugural programme and wished them success in their future endeavours.
Earlier, the programme was chaired by Mengubeinuo Solo. The dedicatory prayer was offered by Rev. Fr. C. M. Joseph, SDB, Rector and Parish Priest of Christ the King Church, Kohima Village. Proprietor Nounelhoulie Sekhose delivered the vote of thanks, while the benediction was pronounced by Ruokuovituo Robert, catechist of Christ the King Church, Kohima Village.
