President of India has appointed Justice Utpalendu Bikas Saha, Justice Ketulhou Meruno, Justice Hrishikesh Roy and Justice Basu Deo Agarwal, all additional judges, to be judges of the Gauhati High Court (GHC), in that order of seniority, with effect from the dates they assume charge of their respective offices, informed a PIB release.
