New PG block at SJC inaugurated

The new post graduate block St. Joseph’s College (Autonomous) Jakhama (A) was inaugurated and blessed by Bishop of Kohima Diocese, Rev. James Thoppil on August 2. 

In his short speech, the Bishop acknowledged the college for its growth in excellence and wished to see more dedication.

College principal Dr. Fr. Sebastian Ousepparampil stated the new venture will become a centre of learning for the youth and his vision of starting doctorate programme within the next four to five years.

The administrator, Fr. Benny thanked the individuals who have helped to realise the dream through their efforts. Inauguration was attended by lecturers, students, villagers and well-wishers.
