The newly elected councillors of Kohima Municipal Council (KMC)- Thejavizo Solo, New Market Ward 8 and Neibodzelie (Bubu) solo, Ward 11 Kohima held a thanksgiving and felicitation programmes in Kohima on Saturday.
Speaking as special guest at the thanksgiving programme of Thejavizo Solo, minister of Horticulture and Women Resources, Salhoutuonuo Kruse said Solo was a lucky candidate as he won unopposed. Kruse expressed the hope that Solo will work hard for the better of their ward. Thejavizo Solo in his short speech, look forward to work in making Kohima city a better and more vibrant place to live.
The felicitation program in honour of Neibodzelie (Bubu) Solo, who also won unopposed was organised by PWD, Ward 11 Kohima. Solo (Bubu), in his speech commended the panchayat members for their unwavering commitment and said that with unity, dedication, and a shared vision they will achieve their goal together.
