NEXXT Education hosts NEET farewell, medicos fair

NEXXT Education hosted the NEXXT GEN Medicos cum NEET Farewell 2026 on Friday at Hotel Acacia, bringing together aspiring medical students and reputed educational institutions from across India.
The education fair witnessed participation from Gulzar Group of Institutes (Ludhiana, Punjab), Geeta University (Panipat, Delhi NCR), Dayanand Sagar University (Bangalore) and Desh Bhagat University (Mandi Gobindgarh, Punjab). Representatives engaged directly with students, offering insights into medical courses, admission procedures and career opportunities in the healthcare sector.
Following the fair, a press conference was held where university officials elaborated on their institutions, highlighting academic strengths, infrastructure and opportunities for NEET aspirants. They discussed emerging trends in medical education, emphasizing skill-based learning to meet global standards. Officials also underscored their commitment to “education for all,” highlighting scholarship schemes for meritorious, need-based and underprivileged students, including provisions for single girl children and those from financially challenged families.
Addressing student welfare, officials assured that grievance redressal mechanisms are in place, including helplines and online portals, aligned with UGC guidelines.
They noted that Northeast students are sincere and disciplined, and no major complaints have been reported so far.
The universities also highlighted the availability of open and distance learning (ODL) and online education programmes, offering flexibility while maintaining academic standards. Education loan facilities were discussed, with banks providing financial assistance based on university documentation.
Organisers NEXXT Education stated that the programme aimed to inspire and guide NEET aspirants while showcasing collaborative efforts among institutions to promote quality medical education.
