NHM monitoring team visits Peren

Team from the Directorate of Health and Family Welfare (DHFW) under National Health Mission State (NHM), Kohima, has visited Peren district for monitoring and supervision from February 17-19.
The team included State Programme Officer, Dr. Limakum; Deputy Director Dr. Khriesatuo; Dr. Khriesilie, RBSK nodal officer, Kingson; UNICEF coordinator, Puni; State facilitator, Rajesh; consultant community mobiliser Aotemsu; Program manager Abeni; assistant program manager MCTS Ruth; State ASHA coordinator Nisa; assistant program manager RCH Rovi; and Moatemsu, office assistant RCH & HR.
The team visited the health units under the four blocks of Peren district including district hospital, community health centre’s, primary health centre and sub centres.
During the visit, the team monitored and supervised on various fields such as manpower status, physical infrastructure, equipments, essential drugs and supplies, quality parameter of the facility, records and registers maintenance, service delivery, ASHA’s and places of importance under the jurisdiction of the health unit.
