Nikali K Shohe, a 22-year-old from Philimi Village currently residing in Akuhaito Town, is set to represent the state at the prestigious Femina Miss India 2026 to be held on April 18 in Bhubaneswar.
Nikali has emerged as one of the state’s most promising pageant contestants, having secured several notable titles, including 1st Runner-Up at Miss Northeast 2026, 1st Runner-Up at Miss Nagaland 2024, and Miss Sumi 2024.
Apart from her achievements in pageantry, she aspires to become a Drug Control Officer, reflecting her commitment to public service and community welfare.
Sharing her experience at the national platform, Nikali said that her journey at Femina Miss India has been “truly amazing,” adding that stepping out of her comfort zone has been transformative. She noted that each day brings new lessons, shaping her into a better version of herself while reminding her to represent her state with dedication and resilience.
She further stated that the journey is not only about personal growth but also about honoring her roots and identity, and expressed her determination to give her best while representing Nagaland on the national stage.
