Deputy Commissioner (DC) Dimapur, Dr. Tinojongshi Chang, has disclosed that the internal verification committee (IVC) report on Nirmal Jain case had been submitted to commissioner Nagaland.
Addressing reporters on the sidelines of an event here Friday, DC said that the Jain has already replied in written to IVC and the report was ready. However, due to road blockade, the administration was unable to send special messenger.
Nevertheless, DC said the report was taken to Kohima on Friday by ADC to be submitted to the commissioner. He said the district administration would wait for the direction of the commissioner.
