NITI Academy and Pilgrim HSS launch School Integrated NEET-JEE program

In a major step forward for science education in Nagaland, NITI (NEET-JEE) Academy, Marwari Patti, Dimapur, and Pilgrim Higher Secondary School, Kuda B, Full Nagarjan, Dimapur, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to launch what could be the state’s first School Integrated Program (SIP) for Class XI Science students starting 2026-27 academic session.
In a press release, Ajay Sethi, MD of NITI Academy, said the SIP model combines regular NBSE curriculum with competitive NEET-JEE coaching. “This saves students valuable time, improves focus and gives them better preparation through critical thinking, conceptual clarity, strategic planning and stress/time management,” he said. Regular mock tests will also be part of the system.
Speaking at the MoU signing event, Pilgrim HSS administrator, Bithungo Kikon, described the partnership as a “revolutionary” move for Nagaland’s education system. He said students will now get complete preparation for both Board exams and NEET-JEE under one roof—without juggling between coaching centres and school.
Key highlights of the SIP include: Integrated NBSE + NEET-JEE syllabus; Mentorship by IIT alumni and expert faculty from NITI; Time-saving and affordable fee structure; Scholarships for meritorious and underprivileged students and Limited seats for personalized guidance
The initiative also aims to help bright students from rural areas and economically weaker backgrounds gain access to top-level science education and entrance exam training.
Class X students completing their studies this year can provisionally enroll soon. Admission and scholarship details will be announced shortly.
The launch of the SIP marks a promising start to how Nagaland prepares its future doctors and engineers through streamlined and accessible science education.
