NJCF calls for urgent prayer on April 6

The Nagaland Joint Christian Forum (NJCF) has issued an urgent prayer appeal to all churches and believers in response to recent disasters in Myanmar, Thailand, and other regions.

NJCF president Rev. Dr. N. Paphino and secretary Rev. Moses Murry have called upon all churches and believers for a day of prayer on April 6 (Sunday), seeking God’s divine intervention and protection.

The prayer points include– praying for government authorities to take swift action in aiding those affected, pray for the victims and their families so that they may find comfort and strength.

Pray for Churches in the affected countries, that they may be a source of hope and support for their communities, pray for the speedy recovery of the injured and for those who have lost their loved ones, homes, and livelihoods, that God may have mercy on them.

To pray that nations may show compassion and concern in times of crisis and to seek for God’s protection over Nagaland and its people to be spared from such calamities. NJCF urged all believers to stand in faith and intercede for mercy, comfort and protection.
