The Nagaland Legislative Assembly (NLA) secretariat has informed all members of the 13th NLA about the guidelines of obtaining the “clearance certificate” from the secretariat, which will be issued from January 31.
MLAs have been asked to produce the treasury challan in accordance with the allotment order of the condemned vehicle (reserved price/depreciated value), if not to surrender the vehicle.
All MLAs are to collect the allotment order of their condemned vehicles from the transport branch of NLA secretariat from January 27, 2023 onwards during office working hours.
They have also been requested to clear all the outstanding dues of medical advances and advances TA/DA.
MLAs who have been allotted room in the Legislator’s Home have been asked to hand over the room keys and also to return the Assembly Library books.
