NNC condolence message

Naga National Council (NNC) is saddened over the demise of its vice president NNC Ao region, Imkongtoshi Ao, son of Tsükgeneri of Settsü village on January 1. 

In a condolence message, NNC president, Adinno Phizo stated that late Imkongtoshi dedicated his whole life in serving Naga nation in different capacities right from 1951 onward in Ao region and sincerely served the nation as joint secretary of NNC. Subsequently, he was also elected as the vice president NNC on October 8, 2015. 

The release stated that sudden demise of Imkongtoshi was a grievous loss and the vacuum created will be difficult to replace. It further extended heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family and relatives and prayed that almighty God will guide them all and grant them solace at this hour of grief.
