NNC/GDRN (NA) has condemned the February 10 incident where GPRN/NSCN Ao region camp was allegedly ambushed and two cadres detained by NSCN (IM).
In a condemnation note, MIP NNC/GDRN (NA) said it was “shell shocked” and such “misrepresented atmosphere” was unexpected from any NPGs especially at a juncture where Nagas were yearning for peace and unity.
It therefore appealed NSCN (I-M) to release the detainees unconditionally at the earliest.
“Why choose to fight the wrong war with the wrong weapons against the wrong enemy on the wrong battlefield,” MIP stated while appealing for unity.
