Reacting to a news report, the NNC/GDRN (Shilu-Shehoto) has clarified that Jackto Sumi is a bonafide member of the government and was duly appointed as the finance secretary. In a clarification, the group’s MIP stated that Jackto has been carrying out his assigned responsibilities as per the government’s directive. It further asserted that he is neither impersonating any official nor tarnishing the image of any group or authority.
