NNC–PB welcomes Rengma region merger

The entire GPRN/NNC (AB) Rengma Region, led by chairman K. Semy and kilonser S.S. Teppen, has merged with the Naga National Council–Parent Body (NNC–PB) under the leadership of Z. Royim and ato kilonser Akiuba Yimkhiung.
In a release information and publicity cell informed that NNC–PB welcomed the decision and termed it a step towards unity among Naga national workers. The group stated that the merger reflects their shared support for the “Agreed Position” signed between the Working Committee of NNPGs and the Government of India.
NNC–PB said this development was more than a political move, calling it a sign of renewed commitment to the common Naga cause. The leadership expressed hope that this act of unity would encourage others to work together towards a future of peace, justice, and shared understanding.
It also reaffirmed that NNC–PB remains open to all who are ready to set aside past differences and work towards unity and reconciliation.
