NNC/People’s Republic of Nagaland (PRN) has supported the clarification on the framework agreement between Govt of India and NSCN IM, by ato kilonser, GPRN/NSCN, Kitovi Zhimomi, and stated that NNC/PRN was “not against the framework which is in process to arrive.” In a press note, MIP NNC/PRN stated however that “if the accord benefits Nagas in other states then Nagas of Nagaland shall not claim or interfere.” Further, stating that if govt of India was serious about the Naga issue, NNC/PRN suggested the Govt of India to take consent of civil societies such as GBs, tribal councils (national & regional) and NPGs before arriving to a solution.
