Nagaland Pensioners’ Association (NPA) under Dimapur district has informed all pensioners, family pensioners to obtain identity card-D from NPA, Dimapur for drawal of pensions and life certificate from treasury or banks. Possession of identity card-D will be compulsory, without which the pension disbursing authority, treasury and banks shall refuse payments of pension. It is mandatory for all the pensioners/family pensioners to posses the identity card-D as per the standing government of Nagaland, which is considered necessary so as to avoid release of bogus and irregular pension payment. Senior treasury officer, Dimapur and concerned banks have been requested to insist the identity card-D for release of the monthly pension and also issuing the life certificate etc.
