NPCC holds joint meet in Mon

Officials of Nagaland Pradesh Congress Committee (NPCC) have held joint meeting with District Congress Committee (DCC), ACCC and party workers of the district on February 12 at Mon town.
At the meeting, NPCC general secretary, Aheto Sema, requested the DCC and ACCC of Mon district to work sincerely while enrolling the INC membership in the district. He also highlighted the importance and value of the membership and identity card.
Meanwhile, Nillo Rengma, former minister and NPCC vice president, who is also the in-charge of Mon district, briefed about the current political situation of the State. He said Congress had extended support to the chief minister TR Zeliang in the larger interest of the Naga people during the State assembly floor test on February 5.
Prominent leader Kongam, former minister Langpa, former MLA and ex- candidate Bongkhao also spoke in the meeting.
