NPCC to hold publicrally on August 27

Nagaland Pradesh Congress Committee (NPCC) Monday announced that a public rally under the slogan “Vote Chor, Gaddi Chhod”, would be held at IMC Hall, Supply Colony, Dimapur on August 27, 2025, at 10am.
NPCC through its communications department stated that the objective of the proposed rally was to raise public awareness about the “ongoing assaults on citizens’ electoral rights” and to demand accountability from those responsible for safeguarding the sanctity and neutrality of the electoral process in the country.
NPCC expressed its belief that democracy thrives when citizens actively participate and raise their voices against injustice and corruption. Therefore, the Congress party has invited all citizens of Nagaland, regardless of party affiliation, age, or background, to join “this collective movement for truth and justice.”
