In a press release, NPF highlighted the festival’s significance as a time to express gratitude to the Almighty and to renew bonds of peace and togetherness. “It is a moment when communities come together to share joy, strengthen bonds, and pass down timeless values from one generation to the next,” the release stated.
The party also prayed for joy, good health, and prosperity in every household, and urged citizens to uphold the spirit of Tsungremmong by preserving cultural identity and working in unity toward a dignified and progressive future.
