Naga People’s Front (NPF) Kohima Division, in a consultative meeting of its executive body on February 28 at NPF Central Office, Kohima adopted a five-point resolution.
In a press release, NPF convenor resolution committee, Gonei-u Sirie, and president, Kohima Division, Neisakuolie Rutsa, stated that the division lamented the Central government’s decision to scrap the Free Movement Regime (FMR) and urged upon the government of India to immediately revoke its decision.
NPF Kohima division resolved to extend its fullest support to the able leadership of NPF and its decision and wisdom for the upcoming Lok Sabha election-2024.
The division decided to actively gear up for preparedness for the coming Municipal Election, and to set up candidates to the Kohima Municipal area, as many as the party can. It resolved to uphold the leadership of the president, Apong Pongener and Kuzholuzo (Azo) Nienu, leader of the NPF Legislature Party.
NPF Kohima division also reiterated its fullest support and delivered its loyalty towards the party and proactively works for the interest and welfare of the people.
