NPF minority wing in its joint coordination meeting at Dimapur division office conference hall on Friday discussed “true reconciliation amongst NPF minority members and new enrolment so as to strengthen the party”.
According to NPF minority wing, general secretary, Arun Mishra, the meeting was chaired by NPF Minority Wing Dimapur Division, presiden,t Roshan Tamang. In the meeting, NPF minority wing central president, Bishnu Bhattacharjee, lauded the initiative of reconciliation by NPF party president, Dr. Shurhozelie and senior members of NPF which he said had “united all party leaders in New Year”. Bhattacharjee requested minority leaders to strictly adhere with party principle and regulation and added that the minority wing was formed by seniors to address issues related to minority community in higher authority through proper channel and that it was functioning smoothly.
Meanwhile, the house decided to “welcome back” minority members who had separated from the main body during political crisis and further requested interested members to approach NPF central president in order to rejoin the NPF party fold and work together under the leadership of its president, Dr Shurhozelie.
