Naga People’s Front (NPF) and Zhopra Vero-led NNC/FGN extended Easter greetings to all the people of Nagaland and beyond. In a message, NPF said as Christians celebrate the resurrection of Lord Jesus Christ, may His victory over death inspire everyone to walk in faith, hope, and love.

NPF expressed hope that holy season renew the spirit of unity, strengthen the commitment to truth, and fill the hearts with peace and gratitude.

NNC/FGN: NNC/FGN, through its MIP, while extending greetings reflected on Easter as a celebration of Christ’s resurrection symbolizing hope, renewal, and the triumph of love over death, emphasizing that despite differences, unity, compassion, and shared aspirations for peace and dignity can guide the nation forward.

NNC/FGN urged everyone to embrace hope, renewal, and love over division, and called on people to rise above bitterness, choose forgiveness, and walk the path of reconciliation where justice and mercy coexist.

Acknowledging the strength in diversity, NNC/FGN emphasized the importance of dialogue, understanding, and unity not through conformity, but by the capacity to comprehend one another.

Further, the group encouraged everyone to follow Christ’s example: to build bridges, not walls; to extend hands, not fists and prayed for healing, strength, and renewed unity across the nation.
