NPP State president A Nyamnyei Konyak has extended greetings to the Konyak and Phom communities on the occasion of Aoleang festival and Monyu festival.
In a greeting message, Nyamnyei said Aoleang Monyu is a vibrant week-long festival observed by the Konyak Naga people, primarily in Nagaland’s Mon district as it hold a deep significance for the Konyak tribe. The festival is celebrated in the 1st week of April marked by specific rituals and customs.
