NSAP payments in Dimapur

DIMAPUR: District Welfare Officer, Dimapur, has informed beneficiaries under the National Social Assistance Programme (NSAP) that payments for IGNOAP, IGNWPS, IGNDPS, totally blind pension and financial assistance to disabled persons (State) will be disbursed at the Office of the District Welfare Officer, opposite Garo Church, Eralibill, from June 25 onwards.
According to the notification, the schedule has been communicated sector wise to Anganwadi workers.
Beneficiaries are required to submit photocopies of their BPL card, Aadhaar card and the first page of their bank account. It was further emphasized that Aadhaar must be seeded to the bank account.
The department cautioned that failure to comply with these requirements may result in deletion of names from the beneficiaries’ list in subsequent payments.
