District Welfare Office (DWO), Phek has informed beneficiaries under the National Social Assistance Programme (NSAP)—including IGNOAPs, IGNWPs, and IGNDPs—that the payment for 12 months (2024–25) has been credited to their personal bank accounts through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) on September 18, 2025.
However, cash disbursement will be carried out at the DWO Office, Phek HQ, as per the schedule below for SOAP, disabled, blind, and other NSAP beneficiaries who did not receive payment through DBT- Phek Sadar: October 7 and 8; Meluri: October 9 and 10; Chizami: October 13 and 14; Pfutsero: October 15 and 16 and Chozuba: October 17 and 18. District Welfare Officer, Abi-I Peseyie, has requested all concerned beneficiaries to adhere to the scheduled dates without fail.
