NSBSG conducts basic training for Cub Masters, Flock Leaders

DIMAPUR

Nagaland State Bharat Scouts and Guides (NSBSG) conducted a Basic Course for Cub Masters and Flock Leaders from June 24 to 30, 2025 at the State Headquarters, Bayavu Hill, Kohima.
The training was aimed at equipping Cub Masters and Flock Leaders to guide boys and girls aged 5 to 10 years. The course was led by Naushad Ali, LT (C) from Madhya Pradesh, and Smti Girija, LT (B) from Kerala, for the Cub and Bulbul sections respectively.
A total of 57 trainees attended the course—27 in the Cub section and 30 in the Bulbul section. Participants were from Chumoukedima, Dimapur, Kohima, Nuiland, Peren, and Phek.
During the grand campfire programme, NSBSG vice president, K. Neibou Sekhose, addressed the trainees and encouraged them to be prepared and give their best in guiding young children.
