NSCN/GPRN suspends

NSCN/GPRN (K) president Yung Aung has suspended education kilonser Manwan for a period of one year from the membership of NSCN/GPRN on account of anti-party discipline and for tarnishing party image. 

A press release by NSCN (K) stated that, Manwan was found guilty of publishing an unauthorised release and making “opinionative statement” in the media dated August 6, 2020 with ulterior motive to create doubt and confusion among national workers. NSCN/GPRN stated that this wilful “conduct of affairs independently” was against the party discipline under Article 4 of section ‘C’. In this regard, all authorisation, power and privileges enjoyed by him stand cancelled with effect from September 29, 2020 till September 29, 2021.
