NSCN (I-M) through its MIP has informed that kilo affairs has appointed Kikheto Chishi (kilonser) as the new caretaker central administrative officer (CAO) of Union Territory-I with effect from October 20, 2018. UT-I has appealed for, and sought full cooperation of hohos, GBs, various organizations/associations, Church leaders, students’ bodies, colony chairmen, business establishments and individuals for smooth functioning of the administration and peace in society.
