NSCN (I-M) clarifies

NSCN (I-M) through its secretary to the GPRN ministry of kilo affairs has informed that thorough investigation by the CAO Rengma region and commander Tseminyu town command had concluded that Kunri Tep, son of Humpo Tep and Shayhenlo Magh, son of late Ndayhun Magh of Tesophenyu village masquerading as NSCN who had harassed national BJP (ST Morcha) vice president, Johny G. Rengma at Kandinu on June 19 were just villagers and not NSCN cadres. 
It stated that the government strongly condemns such acts of impersonation and harassing innocent people and has declared the duo as wanted. Meanwhile the two arrested are currently lodged under the custody of Kohima police.
