NSCN (I-M) has condoled the untimely demise of Khanngam Kashung of Mailiang village (Wung Tangkhul Region) on April 30 in Ukhrul. In a condolence note, MIP said late Kashung joined the national service in February 2018 as a home comer and was transferred to the WTR in March 2018 after oath taking at the CHQ Hebron. He was earlier in the MNPF (Manipur Naga Peoples Front) as Deputy Finance Secretary before joining the NSCN. MIP said that GPRN will cherish the service he had rendered to the nation during his brief union with the government. NSCN further extended heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family members, and prayed for the departed soul to rest in eternal peace.
