NSCN (I-M) Chakhesang Region has expressed dismay over the “low grade” road construction within the Chakhesang area.
In a press release, Chakhesang region, advisor CAO, Zhotoyi Therie stated that the 20 km of road stretch undertaken for construction of two lane road, Pfutsero to Phek via Sakraba town by KKB Company has been already damaged within five to six months of construction. CAO claimed that several potholes have emerged due to poor workmanship and lack of components.
The Chakhesang Region has warned the concerned contractor that complaint and FIR would be lodged against them, adding that the contractor’s licenses/registration would be cancelled/ blacklisted..
