DIMAPUR: The handing over and charge taking ceremony for the office of Kilo Secretary was held on August 31, 2026 with due ceremony and attendance by departmental colleagues and community representatives.
According to MIP, outgoing secretary, Qhetoyi A. Swu formally handed over duties and responsibilities to incoming secretary, Joseph Lotha. The programme acknowledged the contributions of secretary Swu during his tenure and welcomed secretary Lotha as the new head of the Kilo Secretariat.
The Secretariat expressed gratitude to Qhetoyi A. Swu for his leadership and service, while extending best wishes to Joseph Lotha as he assumes office.
