NSCN (I-M) through its chairman, Q. Tuccu reaffirmed unwavering commitment to the Framework Agreement (FA) signed with the Government of India (GoI) on August 3, 2015, which it described as a historic milestone which recognised the sovereign rights and unique history of the Naga people.
Commemorating the 10th anniversary of FA, Tuccu described August 3 as a “Red Letter Day” for NSCN (I-M) in particular and for the Nagas in general, as it was on this day in 2015 that a major milestone was achieved with the signing of the historic Framework Agreement between the NSCN and the Government of India.
