NSCN (I-M) observes ‘Naga national agony day’

NSCN (I-M) observed the 42nd “Naga National Agony Day” at the general headquarters, Naga army, to commemorate Naga soldiers’ act of heroism and sacrifices by releasing mementos in honour of the martyrs.

NSCN (I-M) through its MIP informed that the widows and orphans of the martyrs were also honoured.

MIP said that on the occasion, the “Naga national flags” were lowered at half-mast.

“The Naga history was made by the martyrs defending the rights of the Nagas. The extreme sacrifices they made will never be forgotten in the generations to come”, MIP stated.
