NSCN (I-M) Sumi Region reaffirm support for its leadership

DIMAPUR: The NSCN/GPRN (I-M) Sumi Region national workers convened a meeting on June 30 at Zunheboto Town under the chairmanship of ‘deputy kilo kilonser’ Sumi Region, Bokato Kinimi, to strengthen both the regional and central administration within the government.
In a press release issued by GPRN Sumi Region secretary, Rokato A. Sumi stated that during the meeting, the members unanimously reaffirmed their unwavering support for the present Collective Leadership of the NSCN/GPRN, which includes ‘yaruiwo’ Q. Tuccu; ‘kedallo’ Tongmath Wangnao; ‘ato kilonser; Th. Muivah; and ‘deputy ato kilonser’ V. S. Atem.
The gathering also expressed full support for the proclamation made by ‘yaruiwo’ Q. Tuccu, at the Hebron Council Headquarters on June 18, 2026, declaring that the organization shall stand firm until the end and never surrender to the Government of India.
Furthermore, the participants reaffirmed their commitment to the Framework Agreement signed between the NSCN/GPRN and the Government of India on August 3, 2015, pledging to remain steadfast in upholding its principles.
