A central Team of NSCN (I-M) visited Longleng district on October 28-29 to check implementation of the Central Sponsored Schemes (CSSs) such as Mid-day Meal schemes and MGNREGA.
A press release by NSCN (I-M) CAO Phom region, tatar caretaker, Ngamba Phom, stated that the team, as per the directives of ministry of kilo affairs along with Phom Region authority visited some villages to check and verify utilization of CSSs under Longleng district.
The release reported that the team was “satisfied” that the village administration has been judiciously implementing the schemes and maintaining transparency.
