In order to “streamline financial administration and ensure accountability”, NSCN (K) has informed that the entire financial operation under Zunheboto district has been entrusted to ‘col.’ Isak Sumi. According to MIP, all concerned departments, commercial outlets/business establishments and stake holders are directed to co-operate with the appointed officer and any other form of transaction without due authorisation would be deemed invalid.
In another statement, NSCN(K) chaplee ministry has notified all HoDs, directorate, secretariat etc. earlier instructed to Khekaho Rochill, finance secretary shall directly be administered by the finance ministry representatives to be appointed by the chaplee kilonser Starson.
Departments have been asked not to entertain any officials during the absence of finance secretary except through authorised official of the ministry. MIP further stated that “no transactions or payments are to be made until further order”.
