NSCN (Reformation) has welcomed home comers, mostly, from NSCN ( K) and NSCN ( U) who have joined the NSCN (R) under the leadership of Y. Wangtin Naga and P. Tikhak.
NSCN/GPRN (Reformation) through its MIP stated that the “home coming brothers” have expressed that “they had chosen the right leadership who would lead the Nagas in future.”
It further stated that they had taken the right decision in the interest of the Nagas and that they have no bad intention against anybody by joining the NSCN (R).
MIP stated that the Pochury region NSCN (U) joined the NSCN (R) in toto, led by two ‘tatars’, one ‘colonel’, one ‘lieut colonel’, two ‘majors’ and ‘RAOs’ (region chairman) namely ‘tatar’ Abel, Tuzale ‘RAO’ , ‘col.’ Jackson, ‘lieut. col’ Whuchitu, ‘maj.’ Eleazer, ‘maj.’ Lunsoba, ‘sergeant’ Turhule, ’corpl.’ Athong. K, ‘lieut.’ Nokpo and ‘sergt maj.’ Chenkai. The Sumi region and Konyak region who joined NSCN (R) from NSCN (K) are ‘maj.’ Shitokhu, ‘capt.’ Atoka, ‘capt.’ Kimiyeto, ‘lieut.’ Tovi, ‘2nd lieut.’ Vitolo, ‘2nd lieut.’ Hekato, ‘sergt.’ Anyak, ‘capt.’ M.C. Naga, ‘capt.’ Thong, ‘lieut.’ Wanglem, ‘sergt.’ Romes, ‘sergt.’ Nahpan, ‘capt’ Wangjoh, ‘sergt.’ Nahpoh and ‘sergt’ Apo, stated MIP.
NSCN (R) also informed that the home comers have also brought some arms and ammunitions to “defend the Naga nation”.
