Further, NSCW thanked special commissioner of Delhi Police, Robin Hibu, for continuously assisting the victims in sexual harassment cases, rapes, burials and women caught in difficult circumstances particularly in mainland India. NSCW said he has been “an essential link” in connecting with NSCW vis-a-vis state government, networking with DGP Nagaland John Longkumer for timely assistance and clarification of cases augmented by fake media circulations.
