Nagaland State Disaster Management Authority, Home department will be conducting the annual Nagaland Emergency Preparedness Exercise (NEPEx) on November 16, to test the capability of Nagaland in responding to any mega disaster. According to a DIPR report, a capacity development programme will be organised for AHoDs & HoDs, and District Disaster Management Authority on November 11 at ATI Kohima.
In this regard, AHoDs & HoDs and two officials each from DDMAs have been requested to participate in the programme.
Participants from DDMAs attending the programme will impart IRS and organise district level table top exercises in respective districts on November 15. For further clarification, NSDMA officials may be contacted at 0370-2270050 or sdma.nagaland@gmail.eom.
