Following the Nagaland State Entrance Examination (NSEE) imbroglio, Survival Nagaland (SN) has strongly appealed to the District administration to thoroughly “investigate and authenticate Md. Inzamul Hoque Talukdar’s Non-Naga indigenous inhabitant certificate and permanent residential certificate which was issued from Deputy Commissioner’s Office Dimapur 2012”.
In a press release SN media cell claimed that Talukdar has forged his indigenous identity by producing fake documents to procure all relevant documents from the local authority. It appealed the district administration to investigate the issuance of NOC or PRC to Talukdar by the concern local head without following the formalities of the government order and notification on such random practice.
Survival Nagaland then warned that it would not remain a “mute spectator anymore” when the future of the Nagas was being sold by “some ignorant irregular local authority” and warned that action would be initiated against them if the trends still continue.
SN also requested the concern authority to thoroughly investigate the claim made by Talukdar about his antecedent identity from the 1963 electoral record.
SN said it was skeptical of Talukdar’s claim that his antecedents identity under 1963 electoral roll, under SL. NO 856-Du 3 regd adding that it firmly believed that Talukdar has forged his indigenous identity by producing fake document to procure all the relevant document from the local authority and DC office. SN has also expressed shock and questioned how a Hoque Talukdar can claim to be the descendant of Nasier Ali and Sajjad Ali as per the electoral record. It also questioned why both the father and son applied for the document only on the month of May 2012 and not earlier.
Meanwhile, SN has appealed both the DUCCF and DDGBA to refrain from blame game and urged both bodies to maintain serenity and focussed on the burning issue as unity was the need of the hour to defeat all evil.
It stated that Nagas, instead of staying focused on the issue, tend to get diverted from the main issue on many occasion because of its “pity attitude and ego problem” resulting with more division and fighting among the Nagas.
