NSF 31st general conference begins from today

Naga scholars and future leaders of Nagaland from all over the state would be converging at Tzurang valley, venue of Naga Students Federation (NSF) general conference slated for May 30. 
A press note by 31st NSF general conference convenor media committee, Sashimeren Jamir stated that the 31st NSF general conference would be held on the theme “Amelioration”, with Union Minister of State, Kiren Rijiju as chief guest on June 1. 
It stated that nearly two thousand delegates, guests and invitees from all over the country and abroad were expected to attend the NSF general conference. The conference hall which would accommodate nearly three thousand people has been completed, and last minute decorations and arrangements were underway, stated the release.  
It must be noted that the conference is hosted by the Ao Students’ Conference under the patronage of Nagaland chief minister as the chief host.  
Zip Sound of Dimapur, entrusted with the sound system and stage lightings, has set up more than one lakh watts of sound equipment for the whole conference.  
The NSF general conference is considered as one of the most important students’ conferences in Nagaland state where influential student leaders meet, discuss and chalk out strategies for the betterment of the society. 
The 31st NSF general conference would be held under the presidentship of Subenthung Kithan and general secretary, Boveio Poukai Duo. 
The conference would also witness different activities like panel discussion, debates, cultural extravaganza and also the election of a new team of office bearers.
