NSF directs units to hoist ‘Naga national flag’

Naga Students Federation (NSF) has directed all its federating units and sub-ordinate bodies to hoist the “Naga National Flag” at their respective headquarters to mark the “73rd Naga Independence day” on August 14, 2019. 

In a directive, NSF president, Ninoto Awomi, and general secretary, Liremo R. Kikon, stated that during the second official meeting of the federation held on July 30, it was resolved ‘….to celebrate/commemorate the 73rd Naga Independence day on 14th August 2019 at Naga Solidarity Park, Kohima from 11 a.m. onwards.” The house also decided to issue a directive to all its units and sub-ordinate bodies to hoist the “Naga National flag” in their respective offices.

The federating units and sub-ordinate bodies have been directed to make arrangements for pasting/hoisting of “Naga National Flags” in all strategic locations of the district or block headquarters on August 14, 2019. It has also asked for compliance report accompanied by pictorial proof, which should be forwarded to the office of the NSF on or before August 25, 2019.
