NSF general conference from May 13-16 at Khonoma

26th general conference of Naga Students’ Federation (NSF) would be held from May 13-16 at Khonoma village.  
Two-day conference, hosted by Angami Students’ Union (ASU), would be graced by state chief minister T.R. Zeliang as chief guest, union minister of state independent charge for youth affairs and sports, Sarbananda Sonowal as the conference guest, minister social welfare and parliamentary affairs Kiyanilie Peseyie as the introductory guest and MP Lok Sabha and former Nagaland chief minister Neiphiu Rio as the valedictory guest.
Other special guests, who would be addressing the gathering include Interlocutor Indo-Naga peace talks R.N. Ravi, chairman Global young leader academy and president world trade and development group Washington DC USA John Dickson and youth chief of the state United people’s party and co-chair of centre for public policy studies Malaysia Arthur.
Naga Mother’s Association (NMA) president Abeiü Meru, North East Students’ Organizations (NESO) and All Assam Students’ Union advisor Dr. Samujjal Bhattacharya, All Assam students’ Union president/general secretary, Oriental Theological seminary Dimapur principal Rev. Dr. Wati Aier, NESO chairman Samuel B. Jyrwa and Khasi students’ union president would also address the conference.
A debate on the topic “GoI is serious to solve Naga political issue” would take place, where Interlocutor Indo-Naga peace talks would be the special guest of the session.
Thousand delegates from more than 29 student organizations from Assam, Nagaland, Manipur and other parts of India are expected to participate at the general conference.
