DIMAPUR, JUN 22 (NPN): Inner Line Regulation Commission (ILRC) of the Naga Students’ Federation (NSF) has convened a consultative meeting with non-local organisations, associations, unions, welfare bodies and stakeholder groups in Dimapur on June 27, 2026 as part of its stakeholder engagement process on the implementation of the Inner Line Regulation (ILR) in Nagaland.
According to a public notice issued by the ILRC, the meeting would be held at Hotel Grand Vista, Walford Colony, Dimapur, from 11am. The commission said the consultation aims to facilitate dialogue and gather views, concerns, experiences, observations and recommendations from non-local communities regarding the implementation of the ILR in the state.
ILRC encouraged all concerned organisations to participate actively and share issues faced by their members, concerns relating to compliance mechanisms, administrative challenges and suggestions for strengthening the implementation framework.
The commission stated that inputs received during the consultation would be taken into consideration while formulating its recommendations on the implementation of the ILR.
