Noksen Students’ Union (NSU) has appealed to the School Education department for a full fledged head master to take charge of one of the oldest Government High School (GHS) Noksen which was established in the year 1951 (NEFA).
An appeal to the principal director of School Education by NSU media cell, stated that GHS, Noksen was functioning without the head master (HM) and asst. head master for more than 5 years and the teacher in-charge was taking charge of school for so many years. Pointing out that inspite of several appeals made by the union to the department, NSU stated that the government still continues to turn a deaf ear to its demand. Union therefore demanded for the full fledged HM who can be physically present in the school before the next academic year.
Citing the need for proper administrative functioning, well-qualified and comprehensive teachers in any educational institution, the NSU stated that there will be no compromise until this matter was taken into serious consideration. NSU further believe that the concerned authority will look into this matter with utmost urgency and sincerity as future of the present students was at stake.
