National Socialist Council of Nagaland (NSWW), NSCN on Monday organized an interaction session with the ato kilonser, N. Kitovi Jimomi, for its women members, the wives and widows at its council headquarters, Khehoi.
According to MIP GPRN/NSCN, Kitovi in his speech urged the women to be more vigilant, patient and humble since they are considered as the biggest “path breakers” in nation building.
Ato kilonser has also assured the women that regardless of whether there was a 33% reservation for women, the GPRN/NSCN would always considered its women at par with the men and would continue to do so.
Envoy to collective leadership, Alezo Venuh and home kilonser Seochung Sangtam also exhorted the gathering, while women representatives also delivered short speeches.
Around 500 women attended the gathering which was chaired by chairperson NSWW, Holitoli Aye.
